The sock-like fit and lightweight feel of this Nike Free was made to transition from running to training to your everyday routine. Made with at least 20% recycled content by weight, it combines the flexibility you love with a contained design that will help keep you close to the ground for that barefoot feeling. A new foam is lighter, softer and more responsive than previous versions so you can keep moving in comfort whether you’re on the pavement or track.

Like running on sunshine

I've had multiple pairs of Free Runs over ~10 years. I only buy Free Runs for running. These are right up there with the best.

So far so good

I haven’t had them very long. They are light and comfortable. Don’t think I would use them for long runs but they would be fine on a shake out kind of run. It would be a good shoe to wander around in all day as well.

I THINK IM IN LOVE

The best shoe ever. Imagine wearing compression socks with a nice supportive bottom. I was so sad when Nike stopped carrying the flyknit free rn but these are an upgrade! Same shoe but even better sole on these for a good cushioned bounce.
