Made from at least 20% recycled material by weight, the sock-like boot of this Nike Free is designed to transition from running to training to your everyday routine. With a breathable knit upper, it combines the flexibility you love with a secure design that will help keep you close to the ground for that barefoot feeling. New cushioning is lighter, softer and more responsive than previous versions so you can keep moving in comfort whether you’re on the pavement or track.

Like many of the other reviews, these shoes are light and comfortable but fall apart. The material in the heel area is too thin and tears apart from the sole. I attached a picture of the defect.

The shoes are extremely lightweight compared to my wife's Air Max's. These are comfortable and have flexible soles. Rocks do get caught in the sole ridges easily but that's fine, they're easy to get back out. I plan to wear these to Disney in a few months so hopefully they're durable - I guess we'll see!

Really liked the colors of the shoe and it was relatively comfortable, but it started to tear at the heel almost immediately on both side. I didnt even really train in them. I am not sure what is going on with nike lately but the quality is going down or they're too focused on lightweighting the shoe.
