The Nike Free Metcon 4 combines flexibility with stability to help you get the most out of your training program. Updated "chain-link" mesh cools and flexes as you speed through agility drills, while support at the midfoot and heel braces you for your heaviest sets in the weight room.

I’ve been wearing these for 2 weeks now to workout in boot camps which are circuit training classes, I also wear them to do weight training and cardio. I agree with others they do fit smaller so I went up a half size but that’s also true with Hirachi’s which these are similar. Love them enough that I just purchased a second pair!

I had been eyeing these shoes for a while and finally decided to buy them. Some reviews said they run small, so I went to a local shoe store to try out the fit. I've been wearing Nike shoes for almost two decades and I have been a solid size 8.5 in Nike's women, but had to size up to a 9. The primary purpose of these shoes are for working out, which mainly consists of circuit training and some cardio. I noticed a huge difference in the stability compared to my NMDs. They're more lightweight and provides better stability for pivoting, balancing, and weightlifting. My trainers noticed a difference in my stance as well. I've had these shoes for about a month now but I've worn them to work out about 4 times a week. They're holding up well so far and I love the style. I would recommend for working out but not sure how they are for all day comfort or long runs.
