This bra gives you our highest level of support with a compressive feel and minimal bounce for a secure fit. Engineered foam pads provide encapsulated support and shaping, and it adjusts in the back so you can feel comfortably contained—yet still able to breathe. Ventilation on the front and back helps you stay cool through the heat of your workout. This product is made with at least 50% recycled polyester fibers.

How This Was Made
- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. Not supportive at all

Still trying to find a high support bra that works for me and this was definitely not it. I don't have a particularly large chest(B/C cup?) but a lot of nike's "high impact" bras miss the mark for me entirely. I do a lot of jumping around and running and this gave very little support, I wouldn't even use this for spin class... I have "medium impact" bras that do a better job at holding the gals in. :/

It’s...fine? Definitely not anything revolutionary in terms of a high-support bra. The support is decent, however, the seem at the bottom of the bra band is rough and chafes really easily, even on short runs. The plastic connectors that the straps thread through also twist really easily, which makes them dig in. I was happy to see an extended size range in this, but I don’t think this bra was an improvement over the original Alpha bras.

The Nike Dri-Fit Alpha High Support Bra is definitely a supportive bra that will make anyone feel secure and comfortable, leaving them entirely focused on their workout. As someone with a rather larger chest than most women, I require further security in a bra and have had back pain due to my chest size which is a constant demotivation to workout. When I tried this sports bra, I immediately noticed an immense improvement in my posture while working out. The flexible straps and the soft material leave me comfortable and dry even in the most intense workout. Plus the sleek design and full coverage with the Grey shiny color leave me feeling fashionable to not have to put an additional shirt on for coverage/security.
