  • The Wide Size Saved Me

This is the first shoe I have ever purchased in my entire life in a Wide size. This would include dress shoes for work, running shoes, golf shoes, snowboard boots, etc. etc. For whatever reason, the normal version of this shoe is a size 14 was very tight. When I tried the normal version it took about 1 second to realize I'd never be able to walk 18 holes (let along hit balls at the range) with those on my fee. This Wide version though is another story. It fit me perfectly and it doesn't look like a crazy wide shoe when it is on my foot. I feel like this Wide is a normal size for every other manufacturer. None-the-less, I'm very happy with this shoe and would absolutely buy it again......in a Wide :)

  • Perfect, except...

These run about a half-size smaller than other brands, so size up. And the wide makes a huge difference, very comfortable (no need to size up for width). These are beautiful shoes that appear to be well-made, but there is one major issue, and this is true of the regular width and the wide width shoes: the ankle opening will not tighten snug. First time I've ever experienced this with a shoe (and I've tried on every wide golf shoe on the market that I can find), but I can literally fit a finger just to the outside of center. It causes the heel-cup to be loose, and thus not really functional. No idea why this is the case, as I've tried laced and BOA versions, wide and regular versions.
