  • Good trainer

    I got these for training,but only use them as a everyday normal trainer as they are to big and bulky for my liking. Absolutely not for running as they rub everywhere. The concept is good but in reality they just don't work for hard-core training. But saying all that I really like them and they are super comfortable for everyday wear around town in the house over the park etc. For running I'm sticking to the nike zoom fly 4 best trainer on the planet. And for circuit training any leading cross trainer will do and will cost less..just my opinion..

    I bought this shoes for my So who is very athletic . He is very satisfied with the quality of the shoes . He says it ic comfortable and stable, it gives him that extra support that he needed when doing his exercise. He is a tall boy and is it difficult to find a shoes to complement his busy sporting activities. This shoes is an excellent shoes for him.

    Whether your jumping doing planks or doing mountain climbers these shoes are ideal. They offer a big change in comparison to the first version. I highly recommend them for HIIT and fast paced classes not for jogging or walking.
