        I use these for long distance walking and running. They are very comfortable and fit as described. I’m normally a size 3 in shoes but with Nike I’m a 3.5/ 4. I went with a 4 (23.5cm) and they fit nice and comfortable. And considering I run with them, it leaves me enough space for when my feet swell. Very lightweight and good quality.

        These shoes are soooooooooooo freakin comfortable. I work a nine hour shift at the hospital and I’m on my feet all night. The support and comfort is superb…. Thank you!!!!!!!
