I haven't wear Nike shoes for many years when i am running, because my leg got hurt in the past - I guess the reason is about shoes. but this one i really want to try and I did a lot researches online. When I reaceived this shoes, I am so excited. but it took me some time to get along with it - the high heel. Good shoes- lessen my leg and joint stress! Perfect!

very cushiony

the cushiony takes a bit of adjusting since I feel wobbly somewhat

I haven't run in Nike's for years, but recently have seen many brands develop foam to add more cushion, so was very excited to try the Nike Zoom AlphaFly Next after reading about the design collaboration and foam technology. I have tried several other running shoe brands and none compare to how lightweight and comfortable these running shoes are. I have only logged about 25 miles on these babies, but immediately felt the rewards of the foam design on my legs (I'm a 40 something active runner). I felt less leg fatigue and stress on my joints, especially since I have used the Nike Zoom AlphaFly Next exclusively on road runs and on the tread mill. I also have a high arch - the fit was perfect for me, I felt with every step, the shoe supported my arch and the design actually helped with proper foot placement for my running gait. The design is a little "new wave" for my taste, but the feel and results far outweigh the aesthetic! My only complaint is the fused design of the upper, so they are a little difficult to slip on at first - but I have gotten used to the fit. I am used to a larger toe box in my running shoes, so in the future, I might go up a 1/2 size.
