Nike Yoga Nomad

So since the pandemic, athleisure has dominated our weekend style. This sweatshirt became a quick favorite around here. The fabric a fun texture that makes it different than a regular sweatshirt. It was also lightweight but warm. Perfect for a chilly morning outing. But it also wears well for actual physical activity. My husband, A college cross country runner, wore it on a run and had no issues with mobility or range of motion. I personally really liked the front pocket - the way it’s built, if you put something in the pocket, it doesn’t bulge or pull down on the front, it gets hidden under the front part of the sweatshirt by this extra fabric panel. I didn’t know what it was for at first but love it for actual use!

The Nike Nomad, a well-rounded light pullover designed for yoga, is at home in the in-between seasons—those times when a full jacket is too much. The large runs a little big, at least for someone 6’1” and 175 pounds. The outer fabric has rich, knit-like texture, and the interior fabric is silky. The hood is much larger than hoods on similar jackets. And the zip pocket is handy for keys. I found myself grabbing this hoodie often- for morning hikes with my dogs and kids and just for hanging around the house. My favorite feature is the key pocket- it’s especially nice if I’m out climbing and need somewhere safe for my keys, so they won’t fall out.

This hoodie is ideal for Florida winters! We live in Orlando and this is great. It’s simple but stylish, I love how my husband looks in it! The fit is true to size and has a slim construction, it doesn’t add a lot of bulk but is not clingy either. The texture of the fabric is cool, and my husband loves that the front pocket is sleek, and the hidden zip pockets are huge bonus for theme park days. The hood itself is a bit big and can hang too far forward, but it works if you wear it with a ball cap. All in all this hoodie is awesome.
