Please read the FAQs below for additional eligibility details before submitting a claim.

FAQs

What items are eligible for a claim?

Apparel, equipment and shoes are eligible if they develop a material defect or workmanship fault within two years of the online or shop purchase date.

What issues are not covered by the warranty?

Nike items are not eligible if:

  • There is no material or workmanship fault
  • They show excessive wear, misuse or unauthorised alteration
  • Only normal wear and tear are present
  • The product is excessively dirty
What information will I need to provide?

You'll need to provide the following information when prompted:

  • Proof of purchase:
    • Online orders: order number from your order confirmation email
    • Shop purchases: order number from your shop receipt along with a picture of the receipt
      • If your receipt does not have an order number, you may have purchased from a partner store—in this case, please work directly with the original place of purchase
  • Contact information, including your name, email and postal address
  • A description of the issue along with photos
  • You'll also need to provide information regarding your use of the product
What images will I need to provide?

The claim form includes a section to upload photos of your item. Images should be clear and in focus, no bigger than 25 MB and formatted as jpeg or png. You'll need to upload the following images:

  • The full item
  • A close-up view of the issue
  • The product tag with the style number visible
  • For shop purchases, you'll need to include a picture of the receipt
How long does the claim process take?

It generally takes us about five working days to review claim requests. If your claim is approved, we'll provide an expected timeline for the next steps, but here are our typical timelines (which may vary depending on your location):

  • Repairs generally take a few weeks, depending on the item, materials and our current repair volume.
  • Replacement items are generally dispatched within 14 days of receiving the original item.
  • Refunds are generally issued within 14 days of receiving the original item.
What should I know about repairs?

Our aim is to restore your item as close to its original functionality as possible. Note that if the original materials are not available, the characteristics and colour of the repair materials may differ from the original. Also note that repairs are not available for all items or locations. Learn more about repairs.

Do I need to accept any terms and conditions?

Yes, you'll need to agree to our claim terms when you submit a request. We suggest you read the terms before you submit a request.

What should I do if I get an error message when submitting a claim?

If you're having trouble submitting a claim, here are a few things to double-check:

  • Make sure you're signed in to the Nike website for the country or region where you're currently located and where you'll be returning your item from. If you're signed in to a different location's website, your claim may not go through.
  • Double-check that you're entering the order number correctly. After the first letter, be sure you're entering the number zero "0", not the letter "O".
  • Make sure to enter your first and last name exactly as you did when you placed the order. And if your name includes diacritics, accented letters or special characters, please use the closest standard character equivalent to help successfully validate your information.
  • If the original order was paid with PayPal or Apple Pay, make sure you enter the email address associated with the payment method.
Can I change my delivery address after submitting a claim?

Please make sure you check your details before submitting your request to avoid processing delays. However, if you need to update your delivery address, you can contact us for help.
