• Offer is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date you receive the email, push notification or app inbox message communicating this promo.
• Your birthday is defined as the day in which your birthday is registered in your Nike Member profile settings.
• To be eligible, you must have joined us as a Nike Member 10 days prior to your birthday (as defined above), opted in to email or registered on the Nike App.
• Redeemable only on Nike.com or in the Nike App in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
• Cannot be used for multiple purchases and is only valid towards orders with a total value of €1,000 or less (or equivalent in local currency) before the discount is applied.

1) NIKE Retail B.V. at registered address Colosseum 1, 1213 NL Hilversum, Netherlands, referred to in these Promotion Terms and Conditions as "NIKE", is responsible for this Promotion.

2) These Promotion Terms and Conditions govern this Promotion.

3) The instructions on how you can benefit from this Promotion are included in the communication to you notifying you of this Promotion (for example, in an email to you or in our other marketing channels). This Promotion is only valid for a limited period of time specified in the communication to you and cannot be used outside that time period.

4) These Promotion Terms and Conditions are additional to the NIKE Terms of Sale that will also apply to your purchase and use of any NIKE products. You can navigate to the footer at the bottom of this page to access NIKE's Terms of Sale.

5) If you are new to NIKE, you will be required to register as a Nike Member, agree to these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms of use, and acknowledge NIKE's Privacy Policy. 6) To become a NIKE Member, you must be of legal age in your country or have consent from your parent or guardian.

7) You will not be able to benefit from this Promotion if you have cancelled your NIKE Membership. You will need to re-register as a NIKE Member if you want to benefit from this Promotion.

8) This Promotion is only redeemable online on Nike.com and/or the Nike App accessible from your place of residence, or in the countries expressly indicated in the "Eligibility" section of the specific T&Cs. This Promotion automatically applies at checkout. This Promotion cannot be applied to previously placed orders of NIKE products.

9) This Promotion is not valid on excluded products included in the "Eligibility" section of these Promo Terms and Conditions.

10) Where specified, a Promotion may be used for more than one order of NIKE product up to the maximum purchase price provided under that Promotion.

11) If you return any NIKE products purchased under a Promotion on Nike.com and/or in the Nike App, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for that returned item to your original form of payment. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction (the discounted price of such item). The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the Promotion is multi-use and if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return, you may place a new order using the Promotion. Single-use Promotions which have already been applied cannot be benefited from again for a new purchase even if the first purchase is returned.

12) All orders of NIKE products placed using a Promotion are subject to the availability of that NIKE product.

13) To the extent permissible by law, NIKE shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of your Promotion.

14) If there are serious grounds beyond NIKE's control, NIKE may withdraw or amend the Promotion if it has a valid reason (e.g. in the case of widespread fraud or illegal activity). This section will not apply to a Promotion that has already been applied.

18) These Promotion Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Netherlands. However, these Promotion Terms and Conditions will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence and if you do not live in the Netherlands, you will be able to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence under the applicable laws of your country of residence.
