story

We are the students of Konkuk University Department of apparel design. Seungyeon, Hyeonhee, Jihyang, and Seohee. We elaborate design experiments together. Each of us have outstanding and distinctive characters.

My source of inspiration is the process of painting. Emotions and the clues of shapes rise from the flow of the lines. I love visiting exhibitions and reading artbooks. I always keep things I like instantly. 

And the organized outcomes are transformed into a concept to be concluded as the materials, colours, and the silhouettes. Our paths came across before, but joining a project like this is new to me so I’m quite excited to see what we are going to create.

Four of us all shine in different colours. Our usual outfits and designs say different language so I’m looking forward to seeing how we are going to express a single kind of footwear. Each of us have different interests and styles, but that gives us variety of interpretation and idea – which is fun. We are going to create things that make you feel “Oh, this is interesting.”
