Can I Have My Nike Order Delivered to a Pick-up Point?
Yes, if you prefer to have your order delivered to a convenient courier location, you can have eligible Nike orders delivered to a SingPost POPStation or a participating Ninja Van location.
It's easy to choose a pick-up location as the delivery address during checkout:
- In the Nike App, tap "Delivery", then "Pick it up". On Nike.com, select "Pick it up".
- Under "Where would you like to pick up your order?", enter your postcode and choose your pick-up point.
- Confirm who is picking up the order and then complete the order.
- We'll email you when your order is dispatched and include tracking information.
- Once the order arrives at the location, the courier will notify you:
- SingPost deliveries: you'll be notified through the SingPost app and you'll receive a text message with your one-time password (OTP) to pick up the parcel.
- Ninja Van deliveries: you'll be notified via Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Viber or Zalo. You can choose between an OTP or QR code to pick up your parcel.
Please note, Nike By You and SNKRS orders cannot be delivered to a pick-up point.

When are pick-up locations open?
Business hours vary by location. Be sure to check the location's hours of operation before picking up your order.
How long will my order be held at the pick-up location?
You'll need to collect your order within the time frames below once the courier sends you a delivery notification:
- SingPost: You have three days to collect your order. After three days, your order will be returned to us and we'll issue a refund.
- Ninja Van: You have two days to collect your order. After two days, your order will be returned to us and we'll issue a refund.
Can I have a friend or family member pick up my package?
Yes, you can have someone else collect your order. Just provide them with the notification containing your OTP or QR code. Don't forget you'll need to share any delivery updates or exceptions with them.
Is there a package size or weight limit?
Yes, depending on the size of your order, locations may have limitations. Don't worry about estimating how large your package will be; you'll be contacted to arrange a new delivery address if needed.
What will the courier do if a pick-up point is full?
If the location you selected is full, we've got it covered:
- SingPost: The delivery agent will attempt delivery the next day to the original location.
- Ninja Van: the delivery agent will either deliver to the next available NinjaPoint (within 200m) and notify you, or deliver once there's space at the original location.
Can I cancel or change my pick-up point order?
You won't be able to change the pick-up point once you place an order, but you can cancel the order for any reason within 30 minutes.
Will I get my order faster if I choose to get it delivered to a pick-up point?
Your order will be delivered using the same standard delivery service as any other Nike order. For more information, please see our delivery timelines.
