        I know this is a smaller vest but I still bought true to size (m), and it fits nice as something I´d wear above my inner shell (like above a normal longsleeve, under my main jacket). And it does a pretty good job at warming your torso when walking/ hiking. You can zip it up pretty far and it feels a little tight, but its not extremely uncomfortable. You can also feel the fabric under your arms. You might really want to get a larger size. However, the zipper does not feel very high quality, but I could be wrong, maybe it will last a while. Bought it on sale, would say its worth it but since I don't run in it, only walk, you might not like it

        Nothing wrong with the design or materials. The sizing isn’t consistent though. Everything I wear from Nike is a size small (Element half zips, Rise 365 tees) but I think I’d need a medium in this, I say think because the medium is now out of stock so I can’t order it to try.
