My name is Stefanie, I am a set designer, I come from the north of Germany and I’m living in Berlin and in Paris. I started interior architecture and stage design and I’m very much up to big objects, simple big objects. 

My core values are straight related to my work. For me it’s very important that I create a good working atmosphere. It’s not just about me, because I always need a team working with me. 

I actually made two sculptures, out of the sneakers. One is in the arch. My main goal was to do something strong, which is moving you when you look at it. That’s why I used metal and black. 

The other installation is made out of starting blocks. I tried to focus on the theme of running. And then I also tried to find a connection to the arch so that both sculptures are out of sneakers, and both are building a sculpture in itself.

I find it very important that you really look at yourself, what moves you, that there is not just one way, and that you’re not influenced by any trend.
