Can I Have My Nike Order Delivered to a Pick-up Point?

Yes, if you prefer to have your order delivered to a convenient location, you can have eligible Nike orders delivered to a pick-up point.

Delivering to a pick-up point isn't just convenient, it also helps our drivers reduce emissions by making more deliveries in one go. When the more sustainable choice is also more convenient, that's the sweet spot. It's all part of our Move to Zero to reduce carbon emissions.

It's easy to arrange—just follow these steps:

  1. Shop the Nike App or Nike.com and head to checkout.
  2. Select "Pick up" to see if your items are eligible for delivery to a nearby pick-up point.
  3. If your order qualifies, select your preferred location and place your order.
  4. We'll email you when your order is dispatched and include tracking information.
  5. Once the order arrives at the location, we'll notify you with an email, and you'll have 5–10 days to pick up your order.

How do I know if my order can be delivered to a pick-up point?

You'll be able to select a pick-up point location at checkout if all of the items in your bag are eligible. If any of your items are not eligible, you'll receive an "Unavailable" message after selecting a pick-up point, and you'll need to select a different delivery option. Note that Nike By You sneakers are not eligible for delivery to a pick-up point.

How long will it take for my order to arrive at a pick-up location?

Your order will be dispatched via standard delivery to the pick-up location. Your dispatch confirmation email will have the estimated delivery date.

What do I need to pick up my order?

For orders delivered to a self-service locker, you'll need the QR or PIN code that the courier will email directly to you.

For other pick-up locations, be sure to bring your confirmation email, government-issued ID and any courier-provided documentation.

When are pick-up locations open?

Business hours vary by location. When the courier emails your pick-up code, they'll include the location's business hours.

How long will my order be held at the pick-up location?

Depending on the courier and location, orders are typically held for 5–10 days. Your order tracking email will have the exact amount of time your order will be held.

If you don't pick up your order within the designated time, it'll be returned to us and we'll issue a refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a link to your tracking information.
