"Welcome, Ana Sierra. Hello, all. Excited to be here. I am Ana Sierra. I am a New York City native, Boogie Down Bronx".

"Okayyyyyy. I am a mentor. I'm also a career coach. First and foremost, I'm also an athlete. We know you're in Chicago now, and we know you're from New York … "

"Give us a little idea on how the basketball scenes in Chicago and New York are different. Growing up here, youth playing ball, there was more finesse in the game. We liked to showboat. Also … "

"The outside vibe here, in New York, like the Rucker, the West 4th. People walking in the neighbourhood and they just kind of stop and just watch a game, but then they go about their business. With Chicago, I feel like it's more indoors".

"Could you explain to us how your league works? ASWBL, Ana Sierra Women's Basketball League. ASWBL happens on an annual basis.  It is made up of ladies that are ex-hoopers … "

"Current hoopers that play overseas may come back and may want to run, stay in shape, conditioning and then they're right back out".

"How have you seen the ASWBL form community around basketball both on and off the court? Community, that's a beautiful thing to always see. Basketball always again, going back, it really brings us together".

"It's created family. People that are just fans and maybe kept up with your Chicago journey".

"How did your skills from playing basketball yourself translate into this larger project of community building and entrepreneurship? The skills I learned, corporate, is some of the things I'm using now as a CEO, as a commissioner, to really manoeuvre and make this happen".

"Playing basketball since I was younger showed me that team player, that competitiveness, that drive, that grit. Just to be able to not give up".

"Let's talk a little bit more about Jordan Brand Women's Collective. How do you feel about being a part of that? A dream come true. Jordan Brand is amplifying the stories of 23 women and literally just investing in different industries, is a beautiful thing".

"We're going to bring up two of your fit pics, and we're going to ask the audience, which one is their favourite. Yeah, I'm digging those. But that baseball jersey, I'm telling you, that Nina Chanel Collection is fire".

"The results are in, and Fit 2 won by a small margin. 51%. We're digging Fit 2, but don't don't count out Fit 1".
