I’m Menelik, I created the concept project “Crispy Paris”. Basically, “Crispy” is a mix of crunchy, braised, spicy.

I developed sauces to try to match the colour scheme of the pair. What excites me about being a chef is creating...

At Sonny’s we have at heart to preserve this copious and generous side. Bordering on familial. Get people to discover this Italo-American side.

It really created this lively place. Food is really something that unites.

It was nice to bring the US and New York spirit to Paris. Well, I love this experience because I love to eat, I love good music and I love nice sneakers.

Culture is a whole, it’s not just things in silos. Nike represents culture, and culture represents Nike.

Establishments like Sonny’s and Crispy which in fact, feel like their culture background is close to yours, and that in their approach to food they try to infuse it in, you see. The vibe is great, the music is good.
