      How This Was Made

      • Nipple Chafing

        It has caused serious nipple chafing for any run longer than 1 hour. The front fit is quite loose that side wind will blow through and cause additional friction. I never have this issue wearing the ADV techknit ultra singlet even running longer than 2 hours. The front fabric (plus the weird cut) are not snug to your body and tend to move around which causes this issue.

        Size: M, Height: 5'7, Weight: 130lbs, Chest: 37", Waist: 28", Sex: Male I was really concerned about the sizing on this. Everyone said "size up". But then all the photos on here showed that clearly people were wearing a size too large. To complicate things further, I wear a Medium in t-shirts, but following the Nike size chart, I'm at the upper end of a "Small". Despite my heigh/weight, I have very broad shoulders So, I "sized up" according to the chart, which was me just ordering my normal size. And this thing is AWESOME. What a fit. Incredibly breathable for the Phoenix summer. There's the slightest bit of resistance at the bottom of my lats, which really feels perfect.

        After wearing the shirt on a couple workouts I really like how light weight and flowy the shirt is. Fabric is comfortable and smooth against skin, perfect for running. I do feel like if the shirt was a little tighter in the chest it would fit perfectly for my body type. Loved the colors it came in.
