the plastic hooks used to attach the bag to the shoulder strap makes squeaky sound when walking with the bag..sounds horrible.

Great size for the gym, i can fit pair of shoes and a towel plus my workout clothes and accessories has a mesh pocket inside (no zipper just a Velcro patch in middle ) but it holds a lot if needed. Has 2 big zippered pockets in front which are deep and has plenty of space. Only thing is that the zipper is really heavy duty and sometimes jams if you try to zip it too fast , but im sure with time it will get easier to open
