I’ve been coming to CPH Open since 2008. Every year, it’s been a fun ride. It’s one of those events I look forward to the most, like, throughout the year. 

Here we are in the exhibition. In skateboarding, as it is, you have the skateboarders, and you have the stories. So the background of the whole thing is that we created a special exhibition called Made For Skate

Make shoes better. That was what I wanted to do, I want to really get my hands dirty. Little changes you can make to make a shoe better for skateboarding. The Dunk is still one of my favourite shoes, still one of my favourite shoes to skate in, I’m skating in it now.

My name is Oskar Rozenberg, and I’ve been skating with SB for about 10 years. I’ve been going to the Copenhagen Open for maybe 7 or 8 years now, every single year, and it’s one of those events I look forward to the most.

It feels really good to be back in Copenhagen, here for the CPH Open. It was really refreshing to get out, the first day getting here, get out, get on a bike, and just cruise around the city and

Take it all in. Actually going into the exhibition yesterday, it was like overwhelming. It’s like a cool trip down memory lane. There’s so much going on, it’s really cool. I came here now, so much, unbelievable product in there.

And I liked, also, how they did the big Nike logo. You can tell that SB is, like, doing stuff for the benefit of the skateboarding community as a whole and pushing forward diversity in skateboarding which is really important. I wouldn’t be where I am if it wasn’t for the joy of it.
