Wild horse 7....mud monsters
S T. - 05 Jan 2022
My first pair of Nike trail shoes, usually go with inov8 or salomon but they've both increased their prices a ridiculous amount... Especially inov8. Got the wild horse 7 in the sale, for a little over £50, so far I've done two 7 mile trail runs... First was very muddy, second was over frozen mud and they've performed really well. Very similar feel to salomon speedcross. Only issue is after the muddy run they were wet inside and this took along time to dry!
Great trail runners

Holy cow, these are great. I run the trails in the mountains of California and these are perfect. The right amount of cushion with stability and protection from rocks and gravel. The gaiter keeps dirt out and the lugs provide great traction. Will definitely buy another pair.
Fit well and grippy

Feel good right out of the box and the soles are very grippy. I like the sock that comes up and fits tightly around the ankle. This should help to keep rocks and sand out when hiking. Time will tell on durability.
