These are the most stable shoes for weightlifting and hit workouts, they provide great support and stabilization, color way is the most aesthetic out the bunch.

Losing the inserts was a mistake

I like these shoes. They are the most solid metcons I have (I have 4-7). However I mostly use these for squatting and the lack of lift in these shoes is noticeable. It honestly feels like the heels are lower than normal, and without the inserts, I’m pretty disappointed in these shoes squat performance. They’re fine for everything else.
