The Nike Free Metcon 3 combines the flexibility of a Nike Free sole with the flat, wide heel of the Metcon to keep you fast but stable on your feet from weightlifting to speed drills.
I highly recommend these shoes for HIiT training. I bought myself a pair and love them so much that when my daughter joined my gym I got her a pair and she also loves them. The base is solid and sturdy. These do not slide around at all.
Very Comfy

Shoes are very comfy. Hard to put on at first. They are tight but once you walk in them they start to loosen up. Sized up 2 sizes for enough room to wear with socks.
Best Lifting Shoes! - Very Narrow Shoe Though
ErikaM760428853 - 09 Jan 2021
Fav lifting shoes! I typically always workout in the Nike Infinity React, however the reacts aren’t great for lower body lifts because the heels is too lifted off ground. I got these and love them for lifting. They are very narrow, fortunately i have very narrow feet, if you don’t i would not recommend. I see other reviews recommending sizing up, i wouldn’t recommend that. Sizing up will only make the shoe bigger it won’t make it less narrower.
