        I always wear size small in leggings. These leggings were too tight around horizontal seam that connecting the waistband and the legs. Other areas fit well. When I got a size larger, they were no longer firm support. It was a little loose on waist but I could adjust it with the drawcord. It was also a little loose on knees. I kept the size medium as travel pants because I loved the thicker fabric, the side pockets and the mid rise option.

        Where do I even begin with the W NK DF GO MR 7/8 TGHT? These leggings are an absolute game-changer for my workouts. From the moment I put them on, I felt supported, comfortable, and ready to conquer any challenge. First off, the design is impeccable. The mid-rise waistband hugs me in all the right places without feeling too tight or restrictive. It stays in place throughout my entire workout, so I never have to worry about adjusting or pulling up my leggings. The fabric is where these leggings truly shine. Not only is it incredibly soft and smooth against my skin, but it also has moisture-wicking properties that keep me dry and comfortable, even during the most intense sweat sessions. Plus, the four-way stretch allows for complete freedom of movement, so I can lunge, squat, and stretch with ease. I also love the attention to detail in the construction of these leggings. The flatlock seams prevent chafing and irritation, while the hidden pocket at the waistband is perfect for stashing keys or cards during runs or workouts. Overall, the W NK DF GO MR 7/8 TGHT has exceeded all of my expectations. They're stylish, functional, and durable – everything I could ask for in a pair of workout leggings. Whether I'm hitting the gym, going for a run, or just running errands, these leggings are my go-to choice. Trust me, you won't regret adding them to your activewear collection!

        They are really firm support and very much in love on they made me look and feel. The only down side, for which I rate them only 4 star is the colour. They should have been cargo kaki, but they look more like a turquoise. The colour from the picture to the ones that arrived are totally different.
