I've always used a nike cross trainer for my h.i.t training but never really sprung for the metcons because I didn't think they were different from Lower priced cross trainers. I got these on sale and I couldn't be happier! It's an immediate difference, the wide footprint for squats and the stability they give you when pushing down on your heals is mind boggling! It gives you confidence with your balance because of how supportive they are! Super light as well, highly recommended. One slight flaw is walking with the wide heal print takes getting used to but hey, there a training shoe not a walking shoe. Thanks Nike!
