In the '70s, Nike was the new shoe on the block. So new in fact, we were still breaking into the basketball scene and testing prototypes on the feet of our local team. Of course, the design improved over the years, but the name stuck. The Nike Blazer Mid '77 Vintage—classic since the beginning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally I thought these shoes would be stiff and uncomfortable, but they turned out to be pretty comfortable. The only downside is that I'm a 10.5, but the only sizes in stock were 10 and 11. I decided to buy the 11's since I would be cramped in the 10's. I guess this gives me more space in case I get bigger, since I'm still growing, so it turned out great.

I bought these at a great deal but soon realized why. The tongue of the shoe was slightly transparent in color and the tip of it was not sown leaving the cushioning material exposed. If the tongue was different, the would have been perfect, as they felt comfortable & are stylish.
