Runs small, no give.

I've worn the Metcon 2 forever, I've wide-ish fees, great width in the toe and decent drop/stability, but it's a heavier shoe. Enter the Metcon Flyknit 3. While lighter, the feels shoe much smaller than my regular 10 in Nike (Metcons and SB); this shoe just feels snug all around, but mostly in the tow area. The top mesh has no wiggle room - I don't think ordering a 1/2 size up would do anything but make it too roomy...it's just a snug shoe, like an 1/8th to 1/4 smaller than 'your' regular size. Really wish I ordered the MC5 (but the colorways are poor and so are the custom options).
Could not actually get my foot into the shoe
PaulM61313003 - 09 Sep 2019
Ordered 1/2 size larger than my regular shoe size. Tried to put the shoes on and couldn't actually get my foot into the shoe. Tried loosening the laces completely but that made not difference. The place your foot goes through is unusually high and not flexible at all. It wasn't even close. Only my toes fit it. It was as though the shoes were three sizes too small. Very bummed because I really liked these.
Runs a bit small

I am always a 10.5 in other Nike shoes. I've had the Metcon Free, multiple standard metcons, and epic react running shoes. There is almost no give to the top of this shoe, so it was crushing the top of my foot. My toes were also pushing against the front of the shoe. Great stability, great to run in, and good looking shoe, though. I am exchanging them for the 11.
