The Nike Air Zoom Streak LT 4 Racing Shoe is designed for road, track and cross-country runs. It features lightweight, responsive cushioning to help you fly by the competition. A Flymesh upper allows your foot to breathe, while an internal midfoot strap locks your foot into place. Inside the cushioning, a TPU midfoot shank helps to give you a smooth transition from heel to toe.

Great light shoe for speedwork!

I normally run on the road for routine workouts, but in order to improve time/performance, I have started to get back on the track for speed work. These shoes are a great compliment to my other types of running shoes (Free 5.0s (2018), Pegasus 34s, and Zoom Fly Flyknits) and they fill a gap that completes my training regimen. They are very light, snug (but not tight) and they perform/feel very close to spiked track shoes and I'm able to sprint as I want to, in a way that I can't with the other three models of shoes (each has their strength/purpose). I normally wear a size 9 in Nike running shoes, so this is on-par with what is expected but, I wear 8.5s normally for non-training/running shoes like dress and street shoes. So, they run a 1/2 size small.

The first pair i ordered I had to send back for a full size larger than I normally am. Wore them outside while playing with my pup and she did step on the toes of the shoes a few times. The dirt/muddy water seemed to disappear after i wiped them off!

Love the soles of these shoes, it’s the reason why I bought them. True sleek design gives you a lower profile but still has way more bounce than a regular minimalist running shoe. I thought they were a bit snug around the ankle/collar as they rubbed both of my feet very wrong but only after my first wear. I’d recommend a half size up.
