Take your items to a Nike store near you to return your items. Purchases have a warranty period of six months from the purchase date or two years from the manufacturing date found on the products and hang tags.
If you're unable to visit in person, please contact the store to discuss your options.
You'll need to return your Nike items to the store where you made your purchase. If you're unable to return your items at the store or were directed back to Nike, you may be able to file a claim with us. Your purchase is eligible for up to 12 months from the purchase date.
Additionally, you will need a valid invoice or receipt that clearly shows the purchase date, place of purchase and purchase amount. If your Nike items meet these criteria, contact us to file a claim for your purchase.
If you have a Nike X LEGO brick set with missing or damaged parts, you can request replacement pieces directly from the LEGO website.
