You can have your order delivered (via standard delivery) to a nearby Nike store for pick-up.
Pick It Up
You can have your order delivered (via standard delivery) to a convenient pick-up location near you.
During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery date. We offer the following delivery options:
Standard delivery
- Free for Nike Members
- Free for guest orders of RM 400 or more
- RM 30 for guest orders less than RM 400
- Generally arrives in 3–7 business days
Express delivery
- RM 75
- Generally arrives in 2–4 business days

Have your eligible order delivered (via standard delivery) to a nearby Nike store for pick-up.

Have your eligible order delivered (via standard delivery) to a convenient pick-up location.
Additional Information
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, except for national holidays.
- Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during public holidays.
- Orders can't be delivered to PO boxes, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
- Orders can't be delivered to addresses outside the country or region where they were placed, but you can shop for Nike products on a number of sites globally.
- Standard delivery times do not apply to Nike By You orders.
- Delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

Does my order need to go through customs?
Since your order is delivered internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry—we'll handle it for you. The estimated delivery date provided during checkout accounts for clearance times.
Be aware that some banks may charge a small transaction fee for orders dispatched internationally.
What about taxes and duties?
We eliminate the guesswork for you. All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout.
