You'll need to pick up your order within seven days once the courier sends you a delivery notification. After seven days, the order will be returned to us and we'll issue a refund.
Yes, you can have someone else collect your order. Just provide them with the tracking number and reference number—they'll need both numbers to pick up the order.
Yes, depending on the size of your order, locations may have limitations. Don't worry about estimating how large your package will be; you'll be contacted to arrange a new delivery address if needed.
If the location you selected is full, we've got it covered. The courier will attempt to contact you to make alternative arrangements or they'll try to deliver to the original pick-up point the following working day.
You won't be able to change the pick-up point once you place an order, but you can cancel the order for any reason within 30 minutes.
