Nike Hoodie sizing

This hoodie was bought in size S at first and it did fit my torso well and even arm length was good but the bicep and shoulder area are far too large/wide and thus left a lot of gap when worn. XS had the same problem of upper body being over sized wrongly, just didnt look nice when worn.
