• Nike pulls through again

  These have to be one of the most comfortable running shoes I’ve had the pleasure of wearing. They almost spring you forward and match your stride perfectly. Quite a bit of cushion so expect to gain a few inches of height as well. Laces lock down well and don’t come untied. Only downside is they are a bit difficult to put on due to no tongue but that’s hardly a downside.

  First thing first, if you are an old user of Alphafly 1 and still have it, I really recommend trying one foot in each shoe. This is what I did right away after picking them up from the UPS point, which meant three long strides traverse across the parking lot! What I could feel directly was that AF 2 gave a more stable feel with a softer bounce, which also indicates a much more forgiving shoe than AF 1. Furthermore, this is exactly what I’ve come to realize during long runs. Either if you do them fast or slow, or even end up running in the woods with them, they still do the perfect work for you without feeling odd in any circumstances.
