How This Was Made

  • The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
  • In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

  • Like wearing a polyurethane wetsuit

    mortenfransen - 06 Mar 2024

These tights are extremely uncomfortable to wear. The first thing I did after putting them on was to check whether I had accentidently been sent a pair of shield/winter tights... but no; this is just how they feel. I think the best comparison I can give is that they are like wearing a polyurethane wetsuit. I've been wearing Nike tights since 2016... but it's probably time to looks elsewhere if this is the quality. Also, they are pretty large around crotch/hip area but really short in length.

  • Best running pants

I have been looking for a pair of running pants that are comfortable and flexible. I wear these out in the cold and they keep my legs warm. These are also good to workout in! I bought these in both gray and black.
