The Classic Green model was released in 2002, and Nike brought it back after 20 years as a retro.

The "West Indies" is a special Air Force 1 that celebrates the Caribbean Sea.
If you look at the embroidered heel and tongue of the shoe, the details are different from the regular Air Force 1.
The dubrae is decorated with a very cute "West Indies".

So, I'm wearing the shoes. When this product was first released, I was very young and I couldn't actually own it. At that time, I bought a lot of sneakers. I remember "West Indies" were always displayed on the walls of shops in places like Dongdaemun and Itaewon.

If you look here, you can find the embroidered "West Indies" with a palm tree logo. I really like it, and it reminds me a little of the album artwork for [A Tribe Called Quest], which was very famous in the East at that time. In fact, when I went to New York for the first time in 2006, I was working with a DJ at an event. He was wearing green ATCQ merchandise, and I still remember it like it was yesterday.

Nike brought them back, and now that I'm wearing them, I find that the details are so much better than I thought. Usually, when collaborating with a product, I personally don't like excessive design, but I like this product more because it highlights only the key elements of the design.
