        Very nice spikes and the color of the white and pink ones are soooo muchhh prettier in person. The spikes do run small, I wear a 7.5/8 in women’s so I got an 8.5 and it fits great.

        They are really good but do run pretty small. I wear a womens 6 in converse and i ordered a womens 7 in these spikes and they are very snug. I couldve gotten away with a W 7.5

        Great spikes, my son loves them for sprinting but not hurdles as length of dole is very hard indeed. Gives great traction on the track
