"Things are going really well. The shoes have been really great to walk around through. The journey's been great. Today, I'm talking about the Output Versus Input Challenge..."

"...where Tom essentially just gave us the task of waking up in the morning, starting our day a little bit differently, thinking about who we want to be, the things we want to put out in the world before we engage in social media, before we engage on the internet."

"It was quite a journey to separate myself from waking up in the morning, breaking my routines, creating new challenges for myself. Journaling was really hard for me at first, but it all came together."

"Now, with the Output Versus Input Challenge, I'm a little bit more focused with my time, with my energy. I'm intentional. And I just have to say, the whole program has been going really, really well."

"If you ask me what's my favorite challenge with the sneakers, I would say it was Out & Back, because I never used the Nike running app before, and I felt like that was a great introduction to that."

"I got to know the shoes better because I really pushed myself, having run for a long time. So with Out & Back, we set a specific route, and we run 10 minutes out to our bingo point"

"So this would change from time to time. And then 10 minutes back.  To be honest, at first, I was not sure about it at all because I didn't see myself running by the street. I managed to pick a new route around the park near my house."

"So it was really cool, because whilst getting to know the shoes, or letting the shoes get to know me, I got to know that particular area after running."

"So for challenge 11, my initial thoughts were, "What the heck is cartography?" So I had to do a quick Google search and find out it's the study and the practice of creating and using maps."

"It sounded technical, and just something that I've never done before. I did not have a clear plan for this challenge at all. I knew I wanted it simple, but I just didn't know how to execute it. But once I had the map printed and the challenge log, I feel like everything just fell into place."

"For my map, I included a map of San Diego, a challenge log list of all the challenges I completed in phase two, a calendar/habit tracker."

"And that's where I think I really struck gold because I'm able to color code and track all the different challenges all in one place. Made it just easy to read, and I think it's really efficient.  From this challenge, I learned that consistency is key..."

"...and being accountable for your actions is what allows you to reach your goals quicker. Looking forward to the future challenges, just to really test my creativity. Been having fun with it with all the time we have left."
