Yu-Gi-Oh! Became part of our childhood. I would say my style is spontaneous and avant-garde with also a bit of nostalgia. Definitely Yu-Gi-Oh! has influenced my style. Going from the OG Yu-Gi-Oh! to today I would say it has also evolved the way I also evolve my style.

I got into upcycling, that was 2019. I just figured I just want to stand out of the crowd like I'm Yugi or Joey Wheeler. I'm wearing Exodia the Forbidden One.

Each piece of it, the head, the two arms, and the two legs, and I have to say it's such an aesthetic piece and I feel like Yu-Gi-Oh! also teaches aesthetic to get to viewers. I feel like sneakers are the building block of every person who is into fashion.

I'm so glad this collaboration happened. Nike was one of my first inspirations because those were the first sneakers I had as a kid. Back then 1995, the shoe was such a big part for Joey…

And now it's a real thing. That's also a cool part, because you can be like him by wearing the shoe. I think that also connects a lot of people to their childhood. So my favorite detail about the Air Max 95 'Joey' is something very subtle. It has three side panels instead of four.
