New running shoes

I have had various running shoes from nike and my old ones were becoming worn out and not as soft under foot and i have the alphafly shoes but wanted some that were more durable but still soft under foot. After having a few runs on them they are really good they are quick and comfy and soft but also they don't mean you run too hard so after a run i feel fresher so will enable me to train more often compared to my old shoes.
Comfy, ultra springy, look great on.

Very springy shoe, ultra light. It is very bouncy as soon as you put it on but once I started running it didn’t feel strange or as though I was noticeably assisted. I never time my runs these days but I would think the shoe must make you a more economical runner as the spring is very pronounced when walking. Definitely best on the road only as it doesn’t feel too stable on woodland tracks. It’s made of a lot of mesh which makes it light but appears a bit flimsy, but other than that it looks lovely on. It feels comfy on and despite being light and having no stability features for pronation issues it has kept me injury free. Expensive but great fun to run in! I love them. I recommend going a size bigger.
A step back

The Next % are my favorite running shoes. Due to physical injuries I sustained while serving in the US Marine Corps, it is incredibly painful to run. Refusing to give up running, I began experimenting with the various running shoes on the market. When I discovered the Next %’s, I found my answer. Unfortunately, the Next % 2’s are a step back. I hurt in places I don’t versus the Next %’s. I don’t know what changed in the 2’s. I just know I’m stocking up on the first version, in case they cease being on the market.
