Good overall shoe but Great for Squats, Deadlift, power lifting. Great ankle support with enough flexibility and traction for to do other lifts and walk around in.

My fiancé absolutely loves these sneakers. He wore from the second he got the box and wore them all day. He said they are the most comfortable sneakers he’s ever owned
Best Sneakers for CrossFit but Defective

This is my second pair. I'm 6'5" and while I don't work out like a maniac, I do work out consistently, and these sneakers provide fantastic stability, they are not designed to hold up to CrossFit workouts. The sole of these sneakers disintegrates quickly (I've attached photos). I use these sneakers maybe three times a week, and with only a couple of months in, they started to break down. It's too bad because they provide great stability. Weightlifting is fine, but you can't use these for box jumps, rope climbs, or anything that might hurt the sole, which is delicate. Once something breaks or splits, the sole starts to disintegrate. A pair of $120 sneakers shouldn't last only four or five months.
