Nike Members automatically receive free standard shipping on every order as long as you're signed in when you make your purchase.

Our shipping options include the following and you can select your preferred shipping method during checkout—just click "Edit" in the shipping header to change the shipping selection.

Standard

Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days for most delivery locations (2-7 days for remote islands and select areas)

• Fees (flat rate nationwide):
  • As a Nike Member: Free
  • As a guest:
    • Orders of ¥15,000 or more: Free
    • Orders of less than ¥15,000: ¥550 (tax included)
• Delivered by: Sagawa Express
• You can specify the delivery date and time (not available for convenience store payment or pickup)
• Convenience store pickup: If you place an eligible order on Nike.com or in the Nike App, you’ll have the option to pick up your order at a convenience store (not offered for SNKRS orders)
• Nike store pickup: You can opt to pick up eligible orders at the Nike Shibuya Scramble Square store
• If you pay with Pay-easy or at a convenience store, your order will ship after payment is complete

Next Day

Estimated delivery: the next day for orders placed before 1pm JST

• Fees (flat rate within select delivery addresses):
  • As a Nike Member: ¥150 (tax included)
  • As a guest:
    • Orders of ¥15,000 or more: ¥400 (tax included)
    • Orders of less than ¥15,000: ¥750 (tax included)

• Available for select delivery addresses within Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba
• If you choose to pay at a convenience store, next-day delivery is not available

Expedited (nighttime)

• Estimated delivery: nighttime of the same day for orders placed before 11am JST, the next day for orders placed after 11am JST
• Fees (flat rate within select delivery addresses):
  • As a Nike Member: ¥150 (tax included)
  • As a guest:
    • Orders of ¥15,000 or more: ¥400 (tax included)
    • Orders of less than ¥15,000: ¥750 (tax included)
• Delivered by: PickGo
• Available only for orders paid by credit, debit, prepaid, and gift cards
• Available for select delivery addresses within Tokyo 23 wards, Takatsu-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Nakahara-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Saiwai-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Kawasaki-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Miyamae-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Aoba-ku, Yokohama-shi, Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama-shi, Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama-shi, Midori-ku, Yokohama-shi, and Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama-shi
• If you choose to pay at a convenience store, expedited delivery is not available
• If you miss the expedited delivery, it will be delivered the next day by Sagawa Express

• During peak seasons with promotions and clearance events, some shipping options may not be available.
• If you place your order after the cutoff times, we generally process and ship the order the next business day.
• Depending on where our items are stocked, you may get more than one delivery per order. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the region.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances (for example, weather, traffic, etc.), delivery may not be possible for the specified delivery date/time.
• We do not offer shipping outside of Japan and are unable to deliver to re-shippers or package forwarding services.
• We do not offer pick up at shipping carrier offices.
• During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you’ve selected (if a preferred delivery date is not selected, your order may be delivered before or after the estimated delivery date displayed).
• Most Nike By You orders arrive in 3-5 weeks—standard, next-day and expedited shipping times do not apply.
