The following Terms and Conditions shall apply.
Nike Gift Cards can be used as a payment option when you purchase at/through Nike.com in Japan, Nike application, SNKRS, and select eligible Nike stores in Japan.
Digital Gift Cards
Three (3) years from the date of issuance (if any refund is issued to the card, three (3) years from the date of refund)
Gift Cards in Card Format
Three (3) years from the date of issuance or the latest date of top up (top up is possible only in select Nike stores)
The balance of your NIKE Gift Card can be confirmed online at any time.
If there is any balance with your NIKE Gift Card after your payment, the balance can be used for your next purchase. Please note that your balance cannot be exchanged with cash unless required by law.
No refund or cancellation is available after purchase of a NIKE Gift Card.
In case of return of products purchased by a NIKE Gift Card, refund will be made to such NIKE Gift Card (information of the NIKE Gift Card you used for payment at Nike.com could be confirmed from the “details” link in the email notifying completion of refund).
In case of return of products purchased by multiple NIKE Gift Cards, refund will be made to the most recently purchased NIKE Gift Card.
In case of return of products purchased by multiple payment options, payment by credit card or debit card will be initially refunded to the corresponding card, and the balance will be refunded to the NIKE Gift Card.
Nike will not be responsible for loss/theft/unauthorized use of NIKE Gift cards, and NIKE Gift Cards will not be reissued or recharged. Please handle NIKE Gift Cards and their numbers with sufficient care. Please keep the information of NIKE Gift Cards until you use the full amount or until the valid term expires.
Nike reserves the right to decline, cancel, or suspend orders or use of gift cards in the event of suspected fraud, a gift card being mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or other violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Nike reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions periodically. Such modification will be made by renewal of this page.
