At Nike, we stand behind all of our products, whether you purchased them directly from Nike or with one of our authorized retail partners.
If you think your item has a manufacturing flaw, the fastest way to get help with Nike store and authorized retail store purchases is to return your items to the store where you purchased them. We work with our retail partners to accept returns with manufacturing defects. Be sure to refer to your receipt or invoice for the retailer’s terms and conditions of return.
If you’re unable to return your items, or the store directs you to contact us, you can file a claim within six months of your purchase. You can start your claim below. Then we’ll send you an email with the next steps and required information. After you submit the required information, we’ll review it within three working days and notify you of our decision via email. If we determine your item has a manufacturing flaw, we’ll let you know the next steps for a replacement of equal or lesser value.
