Claim Guidelines

At Nike, we stand behind all of our products, whether you purchased them directly from Nike or with one of our authorized retail partners.

If you think your item has a manufacturing flaw, the fastest way to get help with Nike store and authorized retail store purchases is to return your items to the store where you purchased them. We work with our retail partners to accept returns with manufacturing defects. Be sure to refer to your receipt or invoice for the retailer’s terms and conditions of return.

If you’re unable to return your items, or the store directs you to contact us, you can file a claim within six months of your purchase. You can start your claim below. Then we’ll send you an email with the next steps and required information. After you submit the required information, we’ll review it within three working days and notify you of our decision via email. If we determine your item has a manufacturing flaw, we’ll let you know the next steps for a replacement of equal or lesser value.

CLAIM ELIGIBILITY

• Products must have been purchased at a Nike store or authorized Nike retail store in India.
• Only online purchases made with Nike-authorised online retailers are eligible.
• Nike products purchased outside of India are not eligible and must be returned to the original purchase location.
• Claims must be submitted within six months of the purchase date.
• No cash refunds will be issued for approved claims.

The following products are not eligible:

• Exchanges due to size, fit, or style selection.
• Any product missing its product tag or sticker.
• Any item deemed to be free of a manufacturing defect.
• Any counterfeit or non-genuine Nike products.
• Any products that exhibit excessive wear, misuse, alteration, or wear and tear deemed to be normal
• Any products subjected to harsh treatment, such as contact with any sharp, rough, abrasive, or acidic materials that may cause damage, intentional or not.
• Any product damage deemed by Nike to have been caused by misuse.
