Nike India Changes Coming February 2026

We’re continuously striving to serve athletes through innovative products, exclusive experiences, and premium services. As part of those efforts, local service partner Nykaa will be handling Nike.com operations starting February 2026. We’re excited to share the following benefits coming soon:

  • Shop innovative sport styles, sneakers, and curated apparel collections
  • Free exchanges on the same product purchased
  • Free shipping on all orders
  • Two-day delivery for Metros and up to 4 days for all other areas of India

Here's what's changing:

  • Nike Member logins on Nike.com and in the Nike App will no longer function. You will need to create a new profile on Nike.in. However, the Nike Training Club and Running Club App’s login will remain unchanged.
  • There’ll be a temporary timeout on 30 January for a few hours. During this time, you won’t be able to shop or access Nike.com or the Nike App. After the timeout, you can enjoy the relaunched Nike experience.
  • Nike By You products will no longer be offered.
  • SNKRS Web will not be offered going forward.
  • We’re updating our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy as part of these upgrades. You’ll soon be able to view the updated terms on our website.

Who is Nykaa?

Nykaa, also known as Nykaa Fashion Limited, is Nike's trusted local service partner in India that will soon manage Nike.com operations. After we relaunch the Nike experience with Nykaa, any newly placed orders will be managed by Nykaa and they will be responsible for your purchases.

Will the change affect my recent order with Nike?

No, the transition will not affect any order that you’ve recently placed with us. You can still track your order through our order tracking link that is accessible from the relaunched Nike experience.

How will the change affect my current Nike profile?

The biggest change is that your existing Nike Member profile can no longer be used to login to Nike.com or the Nike App. After we relaunch the Nike experience, you will need to create a new profile on Nike.in. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Additionally, Nike By You and SNKRS web will no longer be available.

Will I be able to use the Nike Run Club or Nike Training Club Apps?

Yes, NRC and NTC will continue to operate as they do today. Your current login can be used to run and train with us.

Can I place an order before the temporary timeout?

Yes, standard Nike orders can be placed until the temporary timeout. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. All orders placed before the temporary timeout will be delivered as expected.

How do I track my order placed before the temporary timeout?

You'll be able to track your order before and after the timeout.

Can I cancel my order after the temporary timeout?

Orders placed can only be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. If you no longer wish to keep your items, you can return them if they comply with our returns policy.

For orders placed before the relaunched experience, the following return policy applies:

  • Nike.com and Nike App purchases can be returned within 30 days; and
  • Items (including Nike By You sneakers) must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with complete accessories, and the original packaging and tags must also be intact and in their original condition.
Can I return an order placed before the temporary timeout?

Yes, you can return item(s) placed before the timeout by following our return instructions below:

  1. Start a return through our Orders page. Select "View or Manage" for the order you’re returning, then select "Start Return."
  2. Choose the items to return. Provide the return reason from the dropdown menu, and select "Continue."
  3. Submit your return and confirm your address—we'll automatically email a printable pre-paid label.
  4. Pack your items for shipping and securely attach your printed return shipping label. Be sure to seal the package and remove or cover any previous shipping labels and barcodes to avoid shipping delays.
  5. Hand your return to the agent at the appointed time and location. Unattended returns won't be collected—someone must be present to hand over the return.
How will I be refunded for my return?

Once we receive your item(s) and inspect it, we'll process a refund to your original payment method.

It usually takes us four business days to process and issue a refund. We’ll email you to let you know when we’ve initiated the refund, but it may take up to 10 additional business days for your account to reflect the funds.

Your refund will include the total value of any returned items—delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

Can I still use a promo code I have after temporary timeout?

Any unredeemed promo codes you received prior to the temporary timeout can no longer be used once we have relaunched the Nike experience. If you need help, you can contact us.

What can I expect from the relaunched Nike experience?

There’ll be upgrades to the existing Nike.com and Nike App platforms.

  • Web: You can access the new Nike website directly when you type www.nike.in in your browser.
  • App: Users of the existing Nike App will notice an automatic app update prompting them to download and use the new app. Follow the instructions to download the new Nike App.
Can I still view a past order or my Nike profile data after the relaunched Nike experience?

After we relaunch the Nike experience, you'll be able to track recent orders or start a return through Nike's order's page if it's within our return policy timeframe.
