Nykaa, also known as Nykaa Fashion Limited, is Nike's trusted local service partner in India that will soon manage Nike.com operations. After we relaunch the Nike experience with Nykaa, any newly placed orders will be managed by Nykaa and they will be responsible for your purchases.
No, the transition will not affect any order that you’ve recently placed with us. You can still track your order through our order tracking link that is accessible from the relaunched Nike experience.
The biggest change is that your existing Nike Member profile can no longer be used to login to Nike.com or the Nike App. After we relaunch the Nike experience, you will need to create a new profile on Nike.in. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Additionally, Nike By You and SNKRS web will no longer be available.
Yes, NRC and NTC will continue to operate as they do today. Your current login can be used to run and train with us.
Yes, standard Nike orders can be placed until the temporary timeout. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. All orders placed before the temporary timeout will be delivered as expected.
You'll be able to track your order before and after the timeout.
Orders placed can only be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. If you no longer wish to keep your items, you can return them if they comply with our returns policy.

Once we receive your item(s) and inspect it, we'll process a refund to your original payment method.
It usually takes us four business days to process and issue a refund. We’ll email you to let you know when we’ve initiated the refund, but it may take up to 10 additional business days for your account to reflect the funds.
Your refund will include the total value of any returned items—delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
Any unredeemed promo codes you received prior to the temporary timeout can no longer be used once we have relaunched the Nike experience. If you need help, you can contact us.

After we relaunch the Nike experience, you'll be able to track recent orders or start a return through Nike's order's page if it's within our return policy timeframe.
