We are Mischa and Oliver, the two founders of 43einhalb. We met sometime in the late 90s, and believe it or not, we started talking because of our sneakers.

After publishing a sneaker magazine together for several years, we founded 43einhalb in Fulda in 2011 and launched our online shop at the same time. Five years later, our store in Frankfurt was added.

Whether it’s towel parties, store or community events, I think for 43einhalb experiencing sneakers and their stories with our team and our community was our main goal since day one.

At the same time, we have made it our mission to convey exactly this personal passion in the best possible way via our digital channels. This proximity to our community drives us to question the existing and then, above all, to try out new things.

For us, it's about creating experiences that last beyond release dates. Stories have always connected generations in the past.

Experiencing these stories with our community will remain our passion in the future.
