The 2018-19 season marks the 20th year of partnership between FC Internazionale Milano and Nike. Inter's new home shirt builds on these previous successes by combining elements of two fan favourites. The thick black and blue stripes and gold Swoosh come from the first Nike kit of 1998-99, while the stripes' distorted visual effect is inspired by the hugely popular 2010–11 kit, which the team wore as reigning champions of Italy and Europe.
