I’ve had these for about 6 months and they have completely fallen apart. The show sole is coming off and now rocks get in between the bottom of the shoe and the sole. I am a size 14 so I’m not sure if this has something to do with it. My girlfriend received a pair around the same time I did and her’s look amazing. But these are defective. I called and let them know what happened before posting this review. I wish I could add pictures to show.
Great general workout shoe

Love the inner bootie fit. Nice and stable shoe that is firm for squats, lunges, and Oly lifts but also flexible for more dynamic moves on your feet or ground work. Toe box is a good width and heel cup keeps your heel locked in. I feel very stable when doing 1 legged moves as well. There's a sufficient amount of cushion but not too much that you lose your feel of the floor. Overall, I highly recommend these for basic weightlifting and cardio strength training. I currently use these for various Beechbody programs.
