Abnormally Long

I ordered a normal 2XL and it feels more like a 3XL. My biggest issue is with how absurdly long the bottom of the jacket is. It sits on my thighs instead of my waist like a normal jacket would. I'm not sure if I was accidentally given a big and tall version but this doesn't feel comfortable.
Defect

I'm 6'5__250 lbs so I purchased the 2XL-Tall like I do all of my other Nike hoodies. They fit perfectly but the Therma ones with zippers do not. Even different colors felt bad Items did not fit properly. Tight around shoulders, sleeve length is too short and too to tight around wrist. I have other Therma pullover hoodies without the zipper and Nike Club fleece hoodies in the exact same size and they are perfect. These are the same size but just seem small or sewn improperly.
Not what I expected

Ordered to replace a therma jacket from 2019. I’m 5’9 160lbs and ordered size M. The jacket is comfortable and has good construction but is very oddly long. Reminds me of a dress. I don’t understand why they revised the design and added 2-3 inches of material to the bottom. Was great before.
