Not my favorite pair

I've purchased dozens of pairs of Nike running, lifestyle, and skate shoes in size 8.5 and run some of them into the ground. The footbed on this shoe is narrow so - even though the upper is soft and flexible - my feet bulge over the edges. Also the foam/air isn't particularly soft or comfortable. Not happy with this purchase but I'll keep looking.
Not as good as the originals

The original Janoski Air Max is probably my favourite Nike shoe ever. Have recently got a pair of the Janoski 2, and while they look quite cool, they definitely seem like a step backwards. The toe on them looks like it's not going to take much to break, the fit isn't quite as good, they feel thinner, and your toes really poke up visibly at the end. It's a bit of a shame. They are fine, but the originals are better.
Too Tight in the laces area.

These are REALLY tight around lace area on top of foot. So much so that I have to really force to get my foot inside, and I by no means have fat feet, I only weigh 180 at 6’4. Other parts are okay for comfort, but a really bad fit around the laces.
